9-11 July 2027.
Moseley Park, Birmingham

Just over a week to go until we’re back in sunny Moseley Park for Mostly Jazz Funk & Soul 2026. Maybe we’re biased, but we truly believe that our festival stands out from the rest. We recently wrote a blog about the value of Mostly Jazz and how much you save on your favourite artists with us vs seeing them elsewhere, but if this isn’t convincing enough, read on to find out what else sets our festival above the others..

You get to see ALL of your favourite artists.

Yes, you read that right, ALL! Not only does our schedule alternate so that artists don’t overlap, but our stage design means that you don’t have to trek half a mile in between stages either. Our two main stages are next door neighbours, while our Leftfoot stage is just a stone’s throw away. What you pay for is what you get – all of it!

Our unique location at Moseley Park

We are lucky to base our festival out of Moseley Park, a stunning 11-acre woodland glade in the heart of Moseley Village. Although it’s just 2 miles from the centre of Birmingham, it is a world away from city life. The sloping grounds create a natural amphitheatre in front of the beautiful lake, and the size of the park provides an intimate, unique festival experience.

Our commitment to community focus

Although our festival has grown since the early days, it is important to us to retain our community focus.

We collaborate with Birmingham based artists, promoters and charities to boost and platform our city’s talent. This year, we have exciting collaborations with Leftfoot, SheCreates, BMusic, High Vis Festival, Access Creative College, Birmingham Royal Conservatoire, SoundLab, Selextorhood and plenty more Birmingham-based creatives on our lineup.

We also book the tastiest of the West Midlands’ street food traders to keep you fueled up throughout the day. Take a look at this year’s offerings on our food & drink page.

A lineup that goes above and beyond

Although our festival had humble beginnings, we truly believe we go above and beyond with our lineups. Despite having no corporate funding, we consistently strive to bring you big name artists to your doorstep. This year, we’re bringing Jalen Ngonda, Jordan Rakei and Fabio & Grooverider, to name just our headliners. Previous years have seen Ezra Collective, Maribou State, Fat Freddy’s Drop, Groove Armada, Leftfield and Yussef Dayes grace Moseley Park.

So, whether it’s your first time at Mostly Jazz or you’re a seasoned attendee, we can’t wait to welcome you to Moseley Park for another unforgettable weekend. See you in the park!
